Whoops! It's been a long time!

We found Dallin in the family room reading like this... What?
The first grade put on a concert at school and these three adorable girls were front and center. I hear about Ada and Ashton constantly and the fun things they get into at school.
Ella had her last gymnastics meet. They split up her team by age and it was nice that it was just the three of them. It was certainly not her best meet, but she did really well on bars.

I love the look of determination on her face!

We bought a swing set for the backyard and the kids have loved playing out there. I had no idea that any children lived around us, but now there are about ten children that come out to play when the kids are out there. It's really been great!

We went to the Children's Museum in Indianapolis over spring break. There is always so much to do there and not enough time to visit everything.
Michael's dream vacation is to take an RV trip across the U.S. I think this is about as close as we're going to come for awhile!

They have a Barbie exhibit right now which all of the kids enjoyed despite the vocal protesting by my oldest!

It's such a rare moment to catch them working together without any prompt from me!



Soccer season is in full swing again and it's going pretty well. It's so fun to see how much better they get each year.

Michael's parents came up for Easter weekend/general conference. We were sooooo happy to have them with us! It really was an amazing weekend.

Michael has recently received a new calling in our church and his father was able to ordain him as a High Priest. I feel so amazingly lucky to be married to him. He works so hard to provide for our family in so may ways. The transition to sitting by myself with the kids in church has been much smoother than I anticipated. The week he was called and went and sat on the stand Brody cried the rest of the meeting, "I want to sit with daddy, " over and over again. The promise of treats for good behavior has worked wonders!

Dallin has also started baseball again and Brody cannot WAIT until it is his turn to play!

In case you haven't heard yet, we are expecting another addition to our family at the end of September. I'm feeling much better as I've transitioned in to the second trimester, but I'm not holding my breath to feel 'not tired' for about two years. We're very excited and should find out what we're having next month. We'll keep you posted!
