Marriott World

My mom had a conference in Orlando the week after the fourth of July, so the kids and I drove down and stayed with her. She was able to get an incredibly large hotel room so the kids had plenty of room to spread out and play. We spent most of our days at the very fun pool. It had a slide, sandbox, baby pool and lots of waterfalls. The most exciting thing at the hotel though were the elevators. They were glass elevators and our room was on the 23rd floor. The view from the top was amazing. Brody would cry every time we had to get off. We rode the elevators quite a bit!

Medieval Times

We went to "Medieval Times" on Friday night and the kids had a blast. Brody even enjoyed seeing all of the horses and the sword fights. One of the knights let Ella take a ribbon off of the end of his lance. She was his "lady in waiting" during his fight. She told me later that she thought he chose her because she was the prettiest in the front row:) She is seriously a crack up.
